Happy Friday! ❤️
Devon here...
Because this is our first and last newsletter this month, our Contest Winner AND our 5-Star Reviewer of the Month are both announced below. Scroll down to see if either of them are you!
And our contest prize this month is a loooong strand of beautiful freshwater pearls, so be sure to check that out, too. :)
I’m afraid this is going to be another email full of kid news, since that’s pretty much my whole life right now! It’s hectic and exhausting, but also awesome to see our kiddos growing and learning new things every day. And I keep telling myself these years are short…right? Before I know it we’ll be past the diapers and tantrums and Mommy-never-having-a-moment-to-herself stage…right? Right. 😂
Jokes aside, I think we’re starting to hit our stride as a two-kid family. Since Naomi has graduated from the bassinet to the crib, she and Ezra are sharing a room and loving it. I also love our family mealtimes now that Naomi can sit and eat with us at the table. Granted, she only tolerates the high chair for about five minutes, but we’ll take what we can get!
On to the adorable pics! Pictured here, a big milestone for Ezra: his first hockey game! Grandude (my dad) is a huge Ducks fan and has dreamt of this day for millennia (slight exaggeration). Ezra was reportedly a bit restless (read: a terror) during the game, which unfortunately for him went into overtime and then a shootout. That’s a long time to ask a toddler to sit still! Nevertheless, he’s been talking about going to another hockey game ever since, so maybe we’ll give it another shot next season. 🏒
Next, a pic of Naomi sitting up like a champ! She only falls over about twenty times a day, and this week she’s getting sooooo close to crawling. It’s going to happen soon, I can feel it… 🫣
Last but not least, below is one of Steve on his princely throne, a.k.a. the ottoman next to my desk chair (where he is usually to be found when I’m writing). And that's it for this week! We'll be back in your inbox in May, and until then, happy reading! 📚

Do you celebrate Passover—or want to give it a try? (Last chance to order for on-time delivery!)
If you’re planning to celebrate Passover next week, check out the Haggadah my brother and I wrote! It’s an easy-to-follow Seder that gets the whole family involved. We've been using this Haggadah for two decades and counting, and it's great for Passover veterans and newbies alike.
And it costs nothing to give our Haggadah a look, since the ebook edition is FREE at Amazon, Apple Books, Barnes & Noble, Google Play, and Kobo!
Or grab it in print for just $7.99 on Amazon or Barnes & Noble!
