All of my personal news involves Passover, since I spent the entire last two weeks:
- Planning for Passover
- Shopping for Passover
- Cleaning and prepping for Passover
- Cooking for Passover (6 days of cooking!)
- Welcoming out-of-town family to stay with us for Passover
- Hosting a Passover Seder for 22 people
- Recovering from Passover (...and writing)
And after all of that, this is the ONLY picture I currently have of our Passover...

Devon's husband, Joel, DID take a big group photo of all of us at this table—but though it's nearly a week later, he hasn't edited or shared it yet. Hmmph.

All right, I have got one other bit of personal...well, I can't call it news, exactly. But have you ever bought something so useful you wonder how you ever lived without it? I did that recently, and I'm so pleased with this find that I've talked the ears off everyone I've encountered since—so now I'm going to do the same to you. ;)
A little background: I have ADHD. Which in my case has meant that all my life I've proved unable to remember not only when I took a pill but also if I've taken one at all. Enter this genius pill bottle with a timer cap that tells me exactly how long it's been since I last opened it. This thing could literally be a lifesaver!
Two bottles cost $13.95 at Amazon (less than $7 each). I have only one prescription that's time-critical, so I gave my extra bottle to Devon. Click here if you need this in your life as much as I did.

Above, check out Devon's two kids (my grandkids!) on Family Spaghetti Night. This was 8-month-old Naomi's first time ever trying spaghetti, and her smile confirms that she loved it! As for 3-year-old Ezra, while spaghetti's an old favorite already, clearly he has yet to master eating it without creating a minor disaster. 🤣
Below you'll find my kitties Katya and Ruslan in my office, doing what they do most (snoozing, that is).
